Residential Customer Service Manager:
Established yet growing Downtown Brooklyn based real estate and construction firm seeks Customer Service Manager.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the fields of residential property management, construction management, and customer service.
The position entails interacting with customers, vendors and contractors. Additionally, the position entails administrative as well as field supervision and client interaction duties.
Minimum Requirements
• Have good communication & organizational Skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environments
• A good working knowledge of construction terminology
• Proficient with the use of computers
• Candidates for this position must be self-motivated
• The ideal candidate should have a great attitude
